Anonymous asked: Your skin looks absolutely flawless. Can you condense your makeup and skin care routine? Oh and what's the best makeup for combination skin with techniques and tricks? :)

:) Thank you! (but it’s not flawless)

Skincare Morning Routine: I wash my face with Bioelements Decongestant Cleanser (Unclogs pores, removes make up, dirt), spritz Bioelements Equalizer (this will balance out the pH level on my face), apply Bioelements Multi-task eye creme all around my eyes (prevents dark circles, puffiness, fine lines), and then I apply Bioelements Calmitude Sensitive Moisturizer (lightweight moisturizer for Sensitive skin)

AFTER THAT,

Morning Make-Up Routine: I apply Bodyography’s Clear Primer (Dime size. This will fill in fine lines and pores for a smooth foundation application & will maintain make up all day), then I use Mirabella’s Pure Press 3 (Mineral press powder foundation), then I apply Emani’s Brow Powder (dust/brush on for a fuller brow look), then I dust on Neutral Colours from my pressed mineral YoungBlood Eyeshadow Quad (Shanghai Nights), I usually use “Cherry Blossom” right under my brows and use “Beige-ing” on my crease, and then I use MAC’s Blacktrack for my eyeliner (I apply this with MAC’s angle brush for an even/smooth line), and then I curl my lashes with Japonesque’s Eyelash Curler + Youngbloods Black Mascara.

Night Skincare Routine: Same as my morning but I use Bioelements Sleepwear for eyes (Heavy overnight treatment to refresh the eyes), and then I apply Bioelements Recovery Serum after all the products (Dime size. This will even out the moisture on my face and repair my skin)

Make up/Tricks for Combination skin: I would definitely use a lightweight primer. (Youngblood & Bodyography are my favs) This will make it easier for you to apply foundation and will hold your make up all day. Combination skin usually will have an oily T-zone (Forehead to the nose) and Normal to Dry skin everywhere else. I recommend sticking to Mineral Foundation. Because it’s Winter, I would use a Liquid Foundation on your ‘Normal to Dry’ areas and use Pressed Mineral Powder on your T-zone and brush the rest of the Powder over your Liquid Foundation. This will prevent cracks from forming throughout the day because of the cold/dry air. (I would switch to only using Pressed Powder when it’s warm) A trick for oily areas.. I like to dust on Rice Powder (Youngblood) before your foundation. This will add a layer between your primer and Foundation so oils will soak into the Rice Powder before it hits your Foundation. & for Dry areas I use Bioelements Recovery Serum before I apply Foundation. This adds a ton of moisture and also plays as a primer for make up. Once you have a good base, you can pretty much use whatever else you’d like on your face. You can also use Rice Powder over the eyelids (if you have oily ones) or use Primer for the eyes if the skin type is normal. If you’re in cold weather like I am, remember to always wear some type of Moisturizer AND Foundation! Wearing foundation will actually protect your skin from the dry air. I hope this helps!

Favorite Mineral Foundations (that cover well for me) are from: Youngblood, Emani, and Mirabella.

Hahahaha, dang shawwty. Somebody owes me a cookie.
